Questions Slides not Submitting After Publishing Teammate's Course

Our workflow includes handoffs at certain points of development. Recently, the Submit buttons have not worked on the Question slides for those courses that are handed off to me for publishing. When the developer publishes the courses, the Submit buttons function, but not when I publish them. My own courses work fine when I publish them as well.

We are both on the same team, and we both have the current version and update of Storyline 360.

Please help!

    One thing you'll need to check is if your question slides have submit triggers similar to the one shown here: 

    If your question slides all have submit triggers, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
