Quiz doesn't play on phone or tablet

I have made a quiz on Storiline. I tested it on mobile and tablet and it doesn't load. White screen. I have made as light an application as possible. I don't know what else I can do.

Sorry to hear that Quizzes from your Storyline course are not playing back as expected!

I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to get us started:

  • Is this a course you've published for LMS distribution? If so, have you had a chance to test the output in an LMS test environment, such as SCORM Cloud? This can help pinpoint if the behavior is LMS-specific.
  • Does the white screen appear for any Storyline Quiz you test, or is the issue specific to one course?
  • Does the same behavior occur across multiple browsers? Does clearing the device's cache make any improvement?

    Hi! Thanks for the reply. The project has been exported as an html. It will be placed on an educational platform, from where students can download or play a quiz. In the html test on mobile and tablet it showed a white screen. On the computer it works great.
