Quiz should end when time is over

Hi everyone I am struggeling in my course with the quiz. I have created a test out of different question banks and set up a time limit with 20 minutes. So far it looked good. But when I try, nothing happens when the 20 minutes are over. The participants can still answer. 

But I would like the test to end when the time is over. I quess the best would be, that the user comes to the result slide once the time is over. But I don't know how to set this. 

 

Does anybody has a tip for me? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If a learner doesn’t finish the quiz in time, they’ll get a message telling them they’ve exceeded the time limit. 

    Once they click OK, they’ll automatically be directed to the Results slide. Any unanswered questions will be marked Incorrect.

    You mentioned nothing happens for you or your learners when the timer runs out. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can look at how your quiz is set up? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
