Peek 360 won't open

Sorry to hear you're having issues launching Peek 360!

- Are you able to open Peek directly from your machine, instead of from the menu tray?
- Have you tried performing a repair of the Peek 360 installation to see if that fixes the behavior?
If a repair doesn't do the trick, it's possible your network endpoints may need to be reconfigured. I suggest connecting with your network admin and requesting they open port 443, then add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
