Reach - Certificate Download Issues
This morning I am unable to download completion certificates - I get an error message saying try again. I have also tried to download certificates which I have already successfully downloaded previously. Another admin has the same issue and so do users. Is this another system issue as yesterday our new users weren't able to access the platform? They have been able to this morning but now the completion certificate download function isn't working for us.
Anyone else with this issue?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.We're not seeing reports from other users regarding this behavior, so the incident appears isolated. Please reach out to your network admin so they can check to see if downloads from Articulate endpoints are still enabled/allowed. If access to endpoints is allowed, please open a case with our support team so we can take a closer look at what's preventing you from downloading the certificates.

Morning, thank you for your response. Nothing has changed on our network (I already checked that) but its all working fine this morning.
