Reach 360 - How do I Customise the Certificate Background

Hi all

We are just starting to properly use Rise 360 for our internal courses and we are going to be trying Reach 360 as our LMS solution.

I can't seem to find any information on how I can customise/change the default certificate background to one that is more on brand.

I've gone through the following article: https://community.articulate.com/articles/reach-360-create-and-manage-certificates

However, the certificate background itself is also what I want to change. With our last LMS I could upload a pdf document with the background I wanted that would then act as the default background that all text would sit on; however, I don't see that option in Reach 360 and searching the forum I couldn't find any threads related to this.

Is this possible?

    Hi Luciana, Thanks for doing that. You can close the ticket because I already raised one when I didn't get a response in the forum so I've already communicated with support. Thanks anyway. 😁

      I have this question too - we're currently using a custom background I'd like to use but I can't seem to find a way to replace the generic one Reach 360 uses. Did you happen to find a solution through support?

        Thanks for checking in on this!

        Carlton’s case helped clarify that changing the certificate background isn’t available in Reach 360 right now. You can update the text fields, but there isn’t currently a way to upload your own branded background.

        I know how important this is for teams that want certificates to match their visual identity, so I’ve added your experience to our feature request.
