Reach 360: Resetting a learners progress and library order

Hi! I have a course in Reach 360 that the learner must pass the final quiz with an 80% with 3 attempts. Upon testing, I took the quiz to fail and noticed it says "course complete 100%" and "quiz failed 15%" (and no completion certificate).

On the admin side, I could see where the learner failed the quiz, but saw no option for resetting the learners quiz tries or overall course progress. I only saw an option to manually download the certificate for the learner. Is there a way to reset a learners progress for the quiz or the course overall, that would then allow them to retake the quiz and have the certificate populate on their own?

Also does anyone have any tips on reordering the Reach 360 library so course #1 always appears first? All I have discovered is re-publishing all courses from newest to oldest, every time I publish a new course.

  • Hi Roxanne,

Thanks for submitting a support case for our Reach team as well. I see that my colleague Lea has helped with your question and suggested that you duplicate your quiz and publish it as a new course to reset a learner's progress.

Regarding reordering the Reach library, content is sorted by the date it was published or last updated, with more recent training at the top of the list. Use the drop-down menu on the far right to sort by title instead. You can rename Course #1 so it always appears first when sorted by title.
