Reach 360
Tried to activate Reach 360 and keeps coming back with error 409

My apologies for the late response. Can I ask if you were able to activate Reach 360? If you're still experiencing the error, please open a case with our support team here so we can help with the activation.
I am experiencing the same. No code though, but i am now being redirected to the Reach 360 product web site.

Reach 360 is only available for Articulate 360 Teams subscribers which is why you're getting redirected to our sales page. Feel free to contact our Sales team if you'd like to upgrade your subscription!
