Recovering a course from someone who is gone
A Rise 360 course creator is not available and they are evidently the only person with access to the course they have created. Their managers have asked if we can somehow make that course available ...
So you are saying, remove the account and transfer all their work to
another account? I want to know if this is officially the only response.
The person is not gone forever--it was an emergency--so this is just a
temporary measure. Before I do this I want to be sure there is not a more
surgical response (a way to just change ownership of a single course).

Contact Tech Support and ask if they can transfer ownership of just the one course.
