Rectangular Caption Jumps Around Screen When User Zooms - Undesired
When users view the project and change their zoom levels, some of the rectangular captions move about 50-100 pixels left or right. Additionally they distort/flatten some. It's strange. Normally happening at about 125% or 150% zoom levels, which isn't a completely uncommon zoom-level.
You can observe this behavior on the first rectangular caption of the slide titled "Calendar Layout and How To Use" at this link: https://sf.freddiemac.com/training-tutorials/tips-settlement-cal.aspx
- Why do some rectangular captions move and others don't?
- There are no other states or motion paths applied to this rectangular caption.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for sharing that video of your experience. When I tested this myself, I didn't notice any issues with the default settings in place.
When I enabled Zoom to Fit in the player, the caption object was cut off when I zoomed to 110%.
I'd like to have our team look at this and provide further insight, so I've opened a case on your behalf. You will receive an email with an upload link. If you can share your .story file with us, we can do some additional testing and get back to you quickly!

Thanks team, that's super interesting. I've messaged some colleagues at work about this and will explore if I can share the file with you.
Where can I learn more about this Zoom to Fit feature? The project file I am using has that setting "off" but it makes me curious that the feature can control this.
Much appreciation and I shall return.
Hi Patrick,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what your users are experiencing and a link to your course.
Are you referring to the zoom options within the browser? I tested in both Chrome and Safari, and I cannot replicate the behavior you are describing.
Would you be about to record a quick screen recording to demonstrate the behavior so that we can take a look in a similar browser and following similar steps?
If you cannot share here in the forums, you can share privately here.

Leslie, and friends,
Here is a Peek video of the issue. I'm using chrome at the moment. I am referring to the zoom options within the browser.
