Regions on Map

Hello, 

I have created a map showing 6 regions and when the learner hovers over the region it changes to yellow (freeform hotspot) when hovering away from the region it goes back to the original state/colour, when the learner clicks on the region a pop out appears showing content.

How can I keep the region yellow when they move away please.

I hope this makes sense.
