Resources Not Showing Up on Cornerstone
When we load our Storyline course on Cornerstone, the first time a user launches it, they are not able to see the Resources. The Resources tab also shows only the Menu list. The Resources only show up when the course is launched again. Does anybody know why this might be happening or what the solution for it is?

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! This behavior seems strange. Even if the Resources tab has been set to hidden, it still should not show after a course relaunch.
To rule out an LMS issue, I recommend testing your published course with another LMS, such as SCORM Cloud, and comparing the results with Cornerstone. If it works at SCORM Cloud, you may consider opening a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
If your course doesn't work correctly at SCORM Cloud, and you're comfortable sending us your Storyline project file, we'd be happy to look at it. There may be some elements in the course that may be causing how the Resources tab behaves. You may send it here or privately in a support case.
