Restricted navigation course restarts once completed

Hi, I have a course that needs to be progress restricted. The problem is that once the student completes the course - having taken the final test - and tries to access the course again, the phrase START A NEW ATTEMPT appears in the LMS, which forces the student to develop the course again.

The problem is that I need the student to be able to easily access the contents after finishing the course, without being obliged to repeat it. But it seems that the course restarts once completed.

    Hi Chris! 

    I'm sorry to hear that.  I would suggest troubleshooting your course in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

    You'll also find some helpful LMS-troubleshooting tips here.
     
    If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly a support case and share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.

    Thanks!, it was very useful. Finally we solve this exporting the course in SCORM 1.2, complete/incomplete (before it was in 2004, passed/incomplete). Plus, in the LMS we change the "attempt" configuration to "1".
