My team is sending out password protected "Shared" links to some clients. We need to be able to edit the course without the changes appearing immediately on the shared link. Is there a way to restrict visibility until we have "published"?
*Note - we do not want to send out a Review 360 version as it should be view only.

The SHARE link will always provide access to the master version of the course and changes will be seen immediately.
If you want to restrict visibility until the course has been published, you need to use a LMS.

Do you mean that you do not want people to add comments to the course in Review 360? If so, you can disable the commenting feature. With that feature disabled, people will only be able to view the published content. Does that help?
