Resume module - Bug pop up

 

Hello,

I have a bug on most of my .story/scorms. When you close the window of a module (scorm) that is not finished, when you come back you have a message that says something like : "Do you want to pick up where you left off?". You can answer "yes" or "no". On my scorms, depending of the size of the screen that it is watched, the "yes" or "no" button are not visible. So it's impossible to answer, and so it's impossible to continue the module... Very problematic.

Does anyone have a solution for this please ? :-(

    Hi Auriane,

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your published project.

    We had a previous bug specific to the Classic Player when using a large custom slide size that was corrected in an update.

    Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? 

    • You can check by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline

    We are currently on Build 3.58.26627.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here.
