Thanks for reaching out!

One way to allow your learners to go back to previous slides is to use the 'Restricted Navigation' option in the Player settings. Restricted means learners can view the current slide and any slide they previously viewed, but they can't jump ahead or skip over slides. With this option, your learners can open a course they've previously completed, and jump to any slide they'd like to review. Here's more information on changing the behavior of navigation in Storyline 360:

Hi Jose,

Restricting the menu allows learners to review the course freely upon completion - if they do not close the course.  If they close the course and then go back to rewatch it, the menu is locked again.  We're using Workday Learning LMS, if this helps.   

Is there a way to publish the course so if the learner re-opens a previously completed course, they'll have the open menu?

    I understand learners can navigate the course freely after completion, but if they exit the course, navigation is restricted again. Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? If it works in SCORM Cloud, there may be a setting in your LMS that can be adjusted. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we can take a closer look!
