Review 360 Screenshots Only Showing Lesson Header

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with the screenshots coming through on comments in review all being the same screenshot of the lesson header / top of the lesson? I have tried it myself and it is doing the same for me, so I know it’s not user error.

    Thanks for reaching out! I've tested this on my end, and I can confirm my screenshots are picking up the different lesson locations in my sample Rise course. 

    • What block types do you have in your lessons? 
    • Do you experience this same screenshot behavior if you view your course in an incognito window? 
    • Is this happening with any other courses you're working on, or just this one?

     

    It would be helpful to see a screen recording of your experience reviewing comments to get a better understanding of your setup.
