Review 360 slide numbers and titles not showing

Review used to show the slide number and title above the comments and screen capture of each comment. I do not see that anymore.

Finding the slide related to the comment in SL is a challenge, especially with large slide decks and many slides that look similar.

Is this the result of a new update or am I missing something?

  • Hello Ruan,

    Thanks for reaching out!

There's a toggle in Review 360 that will allow you to switch between 'Sort by slide' and 'Sort by recent' view.

You can use the 'Sort by slide' view if you want to see the slide number and title where the comments were made.

    Hope this helps!

  • Hello,

today I have the same issue: no slide number in Review 360 when using "Sort by slide". no slide number, no screen capture  therefore very difficult to find the slide related to the comment.

      Hi NadineLeLoua546,

      Thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Have you tried using a different browser? Can you share a screenshot or screen recording of what you see? You can upload those here or privately in a support case if you prefer.

I have been experiencing this same issue as well. It's been ongoing a week or two now.

  • Hi Kelly,

I submitted a case last year for nearly the same issue: I shared my project and never got an answer (as far as I remember...) The screenshot is missing in the comments. I cannot link this pb to a user or browser.  sometimes half of the comments have a screenshot and the other half the slide number and no screenshot.  This week, it was worse: several comments (without screenshots) grouped under a slide which is not the correct one. see attached picture

      Hi NadineLeLoua546

I'm happy to chime in. Thank you for referencing your existing case with us. I see that our team is currently investigating this bug further.

We will be sure to share any updates on a fix in this thread so that you are in the loop.

      Have a great day!

  • Hello - do we have any updates on this please? It is happening for my colleague and there are tons of comments that are not attached to a slide so cannot be resolved as he isn't sure which slide they relate to.

Will look out for updates, thanks!

I am glad to hear this is a team priority bug. Thank you!

  • Has this issue been resolved? I have 28 comments, but only two identify the slide and have slide screenshots, and one of the two is the wrong slide.

I have a HUGE project that will be assigned to nearly 11,000 people and I am working on the edits and I do not see the slide number, slide title or the thumbnail image of the slide for which an edit was submitted. What is the solution that was found to resolve this issue? This is a critical issue and am hoping to be contacted asap.
