Review Quiz

When I preview my course through Storyline  360, and the user clicks the Review Quiz button, it looks different than when I review it through Articulate Review (see attached). I want it to show the way it does in the Preview not in Articulate Review. I have a series of lessons and one are working properly and some are not. Checked my settings and they are all the same across all lessons.

I tried the following solutions didn't it work 1) deleted the trigger and reapplied. 2) deleted the review button and reapplied. 3) deleted the slide and recreated.
