Rise 360 Project Something went wrong. Click to refresh and try again.
I really need help.
I have been using Rise 360 for about a year, with no problems, however there is one particular course where every time I try to load it it comes up with this error:
Something went wrong.
Click to refresh and try again.
I have googled the issue, cleared my Cache, contacted my ICT department they have cleared my cache - no luck.
I decided yesterday to start the course again - HOWEVER I went to go into it this afternoon and again the same issue.
I really need assistance with this ASAP - I am being chased by the SME who sent it to me over Christmas. I have had lots of other projects that I have been involved with - I am worried as this SME tends to 'shout' the loudest to the right people if people are not 'doing' what she wants.
HELP

Okay, this post definitely answered my question of “is this just happening to me?” because I’m experiencing the exact same issue.
I’ve actually had to postpone a meeting with my SME due to this ongoing problem.
In my case, the issue usually starts within minutes of moving learning blocks around. After I move the blocks, if I try to add new content or preview the lesson, I receive the same error message and everything reverts back to its previous state.
Sometimes the newly added learning blocks remain, but they reset back to the default formatting with the stock placeholder content.

I can't even get in the course, it is a nightmare as I keep being chased, I have already started again, not willing to try yet again. May have to go back to Storyline.

While working in Rise, I get this message:
which is immediately followed by:
Something went wrong.
Click to refresh and try again.
This happens several times in a row, causing Rise to stop working and reloading itself for a few minutes.

Does it start to load at all?

I am also getting this message and it's making it near impossible to work on my courses. I've been working with someone, but none of the suggestions have resolved this (emptying cache, updating browser, using a different browser, etc). Maybe it's more global? I also need HELP!

Hi ClareMarsh,
Thanks for sharing what you've experienced. I understand how stressful this can be, especially when you're unable to access the course and have stakeholders waiting on updates.
I've noticed that a few other community members in this thread have reported similar error messages. While our team is actively investigating those reports, we haven't yet confirmed a common cause, and the symptoms appear to vary from case to case.
Since you've already cleared your cache and worked with your IT team, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team so we can take a closer look at your specific course and environment.
JLallen, KarlMuller, and nfetzer, thanks as well for sharing your experiences. I can see that each of you is already working with our support team, and we appreciate your patience while we continue investigating your individual cases.
