Rise 360 Video Upload Processing Error
We have a deadline to launch a course today and when trying to upload a video to our course in Rise 360, we are receiving the 'Processing Failed. Please check the file and try again. message.' We have tried multiple videos and multiple different courses and get the same error. HELP!

Been chatting with support for over an hour and knowing it's not just me will hopefully help them figure it out!
We are getting the same message—different courses and different videos.
