Rise all Text content block Reading 3 times usings JAWS screen reader 2025
Dear Articulate,
We have an Articulate Rise course, SCORM 1.2 version, that contains Text content and read 3 times each text block during accessibility text usings JAWS screen reader 2025 from LMS....
Hi SibaPrasadPadhi are you able to provide an example? Which content block is being read 3 times? If you could provide a content example or video recording, we will be able to test and try and replicate. Have you tried any other screen readers such as NVDA and Windows Narrator to see if the same issue exists?
This is not an issue I'm aware of at the moment and so would have to be a recently released issue.
Also, when tagging your issue, it's best to not add tags that aren't relevant such as "Storyline 306, Review 360" etc as they aren't relevant to your issue. "Accessibility" and "Rise 360" would be adequate tags.
