  • I never used Rise.com. As I recall, that was an option for published Rise 360 courses before Articulate launched Review 360 and Reach 360.

No matter where you might have published files, you can't transfer those back into an editable Rise 360 course. (As Walt Hamilton used to say, that's like asking to adjust the ingredients in a baked cake.)

If you deleted the courses from Rise 360, or if they were deleted from the system because your license lapsed for more than 6 months, you will have to redo all that work.

Thanks so much for jumping in to help here, JudyNollet — and for bringing back one of Walt Hamilton’s classic sayings, too. 🍰

  • Hello AwardcoTraining

Thanks for reaching out! Rise.com courses can’t be migrated to Rise 360 in normal day-to-day operations. However, creator content is transferred to Rise 360 as part of a full Reach 360 migration

All of your team's published training, including imported content, is preserved in Reach 360 after you switch from Rise.com. Premium content that you enabled in your library won't be retained. But don't worry—you can publish those courses again from Rise 360.

You can also choose whether to keep all of the courses your Rise.com authors have in their Create tab or just your published training. For both options, content associated with an author can be found in Rise 360 after the switch.

I have reached out to our team helping you within your case. We'll continue the conversation there, so everything is in one spot! You're in excellent hands!
