Rise continue button not enabling after Storyline block completed

I have been building various interactions in Storyline which I upload to Rise which the learner must complete before the continue button is enabled. This has been working fine for as long as I can remember. In the last week none of the continue buttons enable once a storyline block has been completed. This is happening in all of my new developments. My setting in the Storyline file on the last button is When user selects button Complete Course as Completed / Passed. Can someone please assist urgently as we have course that have been published which is now an issue.

  • Hey Alyssa,

        Hi Steven,

I can see that a couple of months have passed since this previous message, but I'm having the same issue now. I've tried the steps suggested earlier, but for me, it did not solve the problem. The CONTINUE button does not activate :-(. Any suggestions? - Thanks in advance!

  • Hi Karin! It sounds like you've almost got it. Please read through these steps to see if there's one you've missed:

    1. Delete the current Storyline block in your Rise 360 lesson.
    2. On the final slide, add this trigger: Complete course when the user clicks the button OR Complete course when the timeline starts on this slide.
    3.  When you publish your Storyline course to Review 360, choose Track using complete course trigger.

    4. Add the updated Storyline block to your Rise 360 lesson.
    5. Open the Continue button settings, and be sure to set the Completion Type to require learners to Complete the block(s) above the continue block.

Give that a try, and let me know if that works for you!
