I have been having issues uploading a Rise course into our SuccessFactors LMS (see attached for the error screenshot and error message).
I know the issue is with my specific Rise course because I tried uploading a different SCORM file, which was provided to us by an external eLearning company and it uploaded successfully.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Have you had a chance to test the course with SCORM Cloud? It's a virtual LMS environment used to determine if an issue lies with a project file, or the LMS itself. If the course uploads successfully to SCORM Cloud, then the issue is likely LMS-based.
If the SCORM package also fails to upload to SCORM Cloud, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
