Rise Projects Disappearing

Hi our team currently holds six Rise licenses and some of us lost projects over the last weeks.

Is there a total number of projects per license? We are talking about 3-400 projects per team member and we lost around 15 projects so far.

Is there a log-file? We still got the exported scorm projects so we can somehow pinpoint the date.

Any ideas?
