Rise quiz not scoring correctly

I have a 10 question multiple choice and multiple response quiz at the end of my rise course that is scoring incorrectly.

When I preview the course and answer all questions correctly, the score at the end of the quiz is 90% and should be 100%.

The quiz is set with an 80% passing score and I've checked the settings for all 10 questions and they are exactly the same.

Thoughts?
