Has anyone encountered this problem? A client responded that a sorting activity was not working on their second monitor correctly. I tried to replicate this problem on my set up and there was no issue. Two of the clients colleagues though experienced the same issue - the sorting activity worked fine on the laptop but displayed differently and was not working on an attached 2nd monitor.
Hi Steve! I understand that a couple of your clients are experiencing an issue with the sorting activity when viewed using an external monitor.
I tried a couple of sorting activities from my end, but I could not encounter any issues. I suspect the issue might be related to how their external monitor is set up since the interaction is working as expected on their laptop. Is it possible for them to try it on another display?
Also, would you be able to ask them for a screen recording so that we could see the issue they are encountering?
