@Heather - What setting did you turn on? I'm having the same issue.

Hi Cory!
I just wanted to pop in and share that since this discussion is a bit older, Heather may no longer be subscribed. If you'd like to reach out to her directly, you can do so by clicking on her name and using the 'Contact Me' button.

Hi Steven,
We're getting this now with a Rise course and I don't see a resoultion posted in this thread. Is it an articulate issue or an LMS issue?
Thanks,
Mark

Hi markPPA!
Sorry to hear Rise 360 content is not being marked as complete in your LMS!
The best way to narrow down these types of issues is by testing the published output with SCORM Cloud. If the course works as expected there, the behavior is likely related to an LMS setting that may need to be adjusted. I'm not sure if you're also working with Cornerstone LMS, but HeatherVogt-d32 followed up confirming her issue was LMS-related.
However, if completion status is also failing when testing in SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case.
We'd be glad to continue troubleshooting with you!
