Rise360 Spacer Divider dimension
Hello community,
I would like to know the dimensions of the spacer divider in rise to embed the photo without losing the quality. I tried 1200x60 px, but the quality became blurred. What is the best designing practice to avoid the preset dividers, like grey line, and bring more branding?
I would appreciate any help

Hello Aakifah,
Thanks for reaching out!
The space divider has no fixed dimension because Rise 360 uses responsive design. This article contains some helpful tips on maintaining the quality of the images you upload in Rise 360. You could try saving your image as an SVG and it should retain its quality. Or, if it's a PNG, append the "_NOPROCESS_" tag to the end of the file name, then Rise won't try to compress the image upon import. For example, if your image is called "divider", rename it to "divider_NOPROCESS_"
