Saving Place in Online Module for Viewer to Return to Same Place

I am building a learning module in Storyline 3. 

I want the online viewer to progress through the program (restricted) without the use of a seek bar and be able to return where they left off. Is there something I need to do in Articulate to accomplish this or is it set-up in the online platform parameters, to "Save" and "Exit"?

I have only previously published modules for an LMS, so I am unfamiliar with what will be different for uploading to an online platform.

    When an Articulate course (Storyline or Rise) is published for and presented in an LMS, the program stores the suspend/resume data in the LMS. That's what allows the user to exit and then resume a course where they left off.

    When you publish and present a course for the web, the suspend/resume can't be saved. That means a user will need to finish a course in one session.
