Score tracking in CareerShip
Hello! I am working on publishing a training course that will be used in the CareerShip LMS, which is new for me. I typically publish in Docebo. When publishing in Storyline, I use SCORM 2004 2nd edition, tracking using Passed/Incomplete on the Final Assessment. This allows Docebo to report the progress, completion status, time in course, and final score. When I use the same setting for CareerShip, the progress, time in course, and final score do not report. I have tried using SCORM 1.2 without any success. I have also tried changing the LMS Reporting to the other 3 options without any success.
Has anyone has any success with publishing settings to work in CareerShip?

Hey all — I haven't used CareerShip specifically, but score tracking issues are almost always in the Publish settings, so here's what I'd hand-test first:
1. Go to Publish → LMS → Tracking. If you're tracking by "number of slides viewed," Storyline sends completion status but NO score. A score only reaches the LMS when you're tracking with a quiz result slide.
2. In that same window, under Reporting: set Status to Passed/Failed (or Complete/Incomplete), and make sure Score is set to report the raw score.
3. For LMS Output, use SCORM 2004 (4th Edition) unless CareerShip's docs say otherwise. SCORM 1.2 also works but handles status and score more loosely.
4. Before uploading to CareerShip, run the package through SCORM Cloud (free trial). If the score shows up there, your publish settings are correct and it's an LMS-side config question for CareerShip support.
What are you tracking with right now — a quiz result slide, or slide views? That'll tell us which of the above is biting you.

I am tracking with a qui results slide. I have updated the tracking slide to register the quiz and not the slide views, as well as reporting the raw score. The final score has not reported in CareerShip. It does report in SCORM Cloud and in Docebo.
SCORM 2004 4th edition is the only thing that I have not tried yet.
