I don't know if this is my problem or not. Admittedly, I've never heard of suspend data until now. I have one course loaded into Docebo that isn't really all that large but does have a ton of layers and only 1 learner is having an issue with it. After he retries the quiz a few times, it returns him to a slide in the middle of the module and it is like he hasn't ever started. I tested in SCORM Cloud and I can't reproduce the error. The client is ticked off but I see no issues with the module itself and Docebo says it isn't them. Could it be this suspend data that you are all talking about? I need something to take back to them. Please help!
