SCORM package wants to contact metrics.articulate.com
Hello,
one of my clients has now discovered that a SCORM package I created with Articulate Storyline wants to contact the following address: "metrics.articulate.com."
What is behind this, and how can it be easily deactivated?
Hi, I am not sure if this is related, but since we are very restricted with data protection, we are not allowed to share any analytic files. So what we do with every SCORM is unpackaging it (using either Winzip or 7-zip) and then search for "analytics" and delete all files called "analytics-frame.html", thereafter re-packaging the SCORM with your zip software.
But there may be more experienced users sharing their opinions.
