SCORM Packages and Workday Data

Hi All,

I recently uploaded a bunch of SCORM 2004 packages into Workday and built programs out of the courses. I am using track by completion set to 100%, and there is a mandatory quiz to pass in order to complete it. When a learner goes to take the course in Workday and fails the course on the first attempt, but then re-enrolls and then passes on their second attempt. Workday is not registering the passing grade. It returns "Course Unsuccessfully Completed", and on the grade it shows a "Fail" with a Grade of 0. Curious if anyone has any experience with this? If so, is it an issue with the SCORM file build or the Workday side of things.

    One test that you can do is to test how your course behaves in a different environment to see if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to Workday. Here's how to test in SCORM Cloud:

    Hi Sami! That happened to me, too, and I think the problem was that my first trigger on the results slide was not set to "Reset results". I believe I sorted it out by moving the trigger up to the topmost place. Hope this helps!
