Hi Ana,
Since your Storyline 360 installation was working as recently as yesterday, I'd recommend doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps. You'll also want to be make sure that you're working locally when making your screen recordings to prevent any unexpected behavior with your Storyline projects.
