Scroll Bar position within Scrolling panel
Is there any way to set up the scroll bar position below the scrolling panel? Since I would like to pan side to side the content inside the area and not up to down. If not, would there be any alter...
Thanks a lot for that Walt, you saved me a lot of time since I've been searching for videos or tutorials online and I found nothing around. I tried first rotating the scroll panel, it works pretty good.
