Send Failure to LMS or Redirect user to Specific Page if they Exit During Quiz

Does anyone have a solution for sending a failure to an LMS if the user exits during the quiz without completing it?  Or even redirecting to a specific page if they exit without completing?    We h...

It would also be much easier if you split the course from the assessment

    Thanks!  It would, we did actually try that when we first got a new LMS and it did not go very well.  Our learners are used to one consolidated course and ended up having to merge them all back together.
