If your client has a current Articulate 360 subscription, it is both possible and easy to send them a editable version of your Rise course.

Can you explain how you do this? I have an Articulate 360 subscription and so does a colleague in another Council. They are going to share their Rise course with me so we can edit this and add to our own LMS system, but how do they do this - we are not in the same 'team'.
They did send me a zip file, but I don't seem to be able to do anything with this.

You can Send a copy of a Rise course to anyone with a license. Hover over the course in the Rise dashboard to see the More (...) button. Click that to reveal the options.
