Creating a simulation where feedback is based on specific numeric values entered incorrect by the learner. Need to branch the simulation successful data entry & failed data entry slide. I have sent a sample of my module as well. No help received.

Hi Ron. I cannot post the simulation here due to confidentiality issues. I did share the module as an attachment with the agent who chatted to help yesterday.

        Hello 26ritika,

Thanks again for sharing your Storyline file in the support case. I’m glad to see you’re also getting help from the community!

Some of the items you mentioned may take some time to review, but John will follow up as soon as he has more to share, whether that’s an updated Storyline file or a screencast.

I’ve also added a comment to your support case so John knows you’ve followed up in the community. We’ll keep you posted.

Hi Ron, Support (John) suggested I share the updated project with him first so he can review it and find a solution to help. I appreciate the support. Waiting to hear back from Support (John).

Hi Ron. Thank you for the prompt response. However, it has been almost 24 hours since I last chatted with Support. They mentioned I would get a resolution in a few hours. Request you to direct me to an email ID so that I can set up a call with someone. Thanks again!
