Siteground web host Malware alert

I am in the process of switching my website from one Siteground domain to another domain, and Siteground performed a malware scan and the scan alerted to my Articulate Rise and Storyline files, as being malware. On my old site.   I had regular weekly malware scans - with no alerts, so I am puzzled why this alert occurred now, In any event, I contacted my support agent, but Articulate support probably should contact Siteground support to insure that Articulate files are whitelisted in their malware scanner.
