Can Reach send course completion email alerts to admin/owners?
My team is thinking of using Reach 360 instead of our cumbersome LMS to share and track some internal training. One element that seems to be missing is email alerts for learner completion of a course. So does anyone know: If I add a Rise or Storyline course to Reach that has a completion trigger, is there a way I can set up an email alert for the owner of the course or admin who set it up to be notified that the course has been completed? Or do users just have to keep checking the status? If email notifications for completion can be set up, please direct me to the support article demonstrating the steps. Thank you!

For anyone who has this same question, the answer was NO, as of April 2024.
Thanks so much for checking back in and sharing the answer you got from the support case, Nicole. It is a big help to other community members with the same situation.

Hello, noting Nicole's reply at April 2024 - has there been any progression on this as a new feature in the last 5 months please? Auto-notification of a user completion would be very beneficial in managing courses. Thankyou
Hi AlisonWalton,
Thanks for following up on this!
I don't have an update on this feature right now, but I've shared your comments with our developers.

Is there an update to this request, whether it be completion or non-completion? As admin, I often do not have the time to check every single person on where they are with training. If due dates are assigned and the reminder email goes out, would it not be simple enough to just CC the admin. It would greatly benefit accountability on the learners end and would be a catalyst for admin to notify managers, etc. of whether completion has happened or not. It just seems the info could flow out of Reach360 rather than having to find it. Thank you.
