SL 360 Developed lesson has video froze issue in Edge

Hello,

We are experiencing video freeze issue in Edge for a lesson. The video froes only in Edge at the below circled. The worked fine in all the other browsers. 

 

Can you pls advise why this would happen?

    Hi Ekta,

    I can appreciate that it's frustrating when only a browser is running into an issue! I'm happy to help!

    It would help to gather a bit more information about the setup for these folks, and the course that's causing trouble:

    • Do you know what version of Edge you are using? 
    • What update/version of Storyline did you publish the course with?  
    • Have you refreshed the page when you reach that point of freezing in the course? 

    Please let me know, and we can continue narrowing down the issue from there!
