SL360 Slide background "Chalkboard" shows black instead of blue

When I "Apply Layout" and select any of the "Chalkboard" selections that are "blue" the slide goes to a black version, but does not appear to be available any where in the selections.  The attached storyline has 3 slides, I want all three to look like the middle one.  Just updated the software to the latest, but this also happened a couple of weeks ago.  
If I publish it to our LMS (LINK) the colors are just fine.

    You have to deselect the current theme and select the "Chalkboard" theme in the Design tab. See the attached photo.

      Well, that worked nicely, thank you.  There are a couple of very confusing parts to that though.
      The Layout selection (see attached) shows the Chalkboard theme, hence why I thought something else was wrong. Also, it works fine in the published version.

      Anyhow, it looks right, and thank you again.
