Slide size problem after upgrading text
I have a case open on this, but I wanted to put it out here to the community to see if anyone has experienced it and found a solution. I have a course that is a few years old. I switched to the modern player and upgraded the text. The primary symptom I'm getting is lack of scrollbars where needed when I turn on accessible text, but there are all sorts of minor symptoms. I had similar problems on new courses and traced the problem to a mismatch in the slide size between the original dimensions and a new template I imported. An obvious symptom of the current problem is when I first open Storyline I see this:
Hello Alison!
I see you're working with my colleague Ronaziel! You're in great hands. They will continue to support you in the case.
Glad you are reaching out to our community as well to gather more suggestions for troubleshooting, it's a great resource!
It appears the link you have attached/image is not displaying properly. Could you please try uploading the file again? Want to make sure the community can see what you have posted!
Have a great day! ☀️

Update: I imported all of the slides into a new story file and made all of the changes required by that. That solved most of the "side effects" such as the one attached. The current issue that I'm trying to resolve is that text on a slide layer was not displaying properly with accessible text. It was spilling out of the right side of the textbox instead of either of the options that I tried - expand height or add scroll bars. I recently discovered that the creator of this course used a Question slide, so the layers were using the feedback master. I am in the process of rebuilding this FAQ slide as a regular slide with regular layers.

I've seen happen only recently. Restarting Storyline fixes my issue.
