Slider is difficult to move

I'm not sure what you mean by sticky. You should know what happens if you use a slider like this to change slides. When you move from Slide 1 to Slide 2, Slide 2 has an entirely different slider. So the
Slider on Slide 1, which you were moving is no longer attached to your cursor. The cursor is above a different slider (the one on Slide 2) and has to be clicked again to establish connection with it.
Check out the attached sample for the method I would use if I were doing it.
