Small but irritating UI bug in Storyline
When you have set your view to Fit to Window... and a text box with properties set to 'Resize shape to fit to text' and 'Wrap text' active.
Try to resize that textbox and you really will have trouble doing that.
If you change your view to 100% or whatever you like...no problem anymore.
That's not happening for me.
(Historical note: I remember that in SL1, text would always look wonky and might even wrap differently at any size other than 100%. I got in the habit of viewing at 100% as much as possible.)
Mmm... then it might be something projectrelated.
