    If the TTS audio works in Articulate 360 but intermittently fails to load in the Review 360 link, the issue is often related to browser caching, network restrictions, or Review 360 content loading rather than the TTS itself.

    Here are a few troubleshooting steps:

    • Clear browser cache and reload the Review 360 link.
    • Test in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or an incognito/private window.
    • Check network/firewall settings—some corporate networks block access to cloud-hosted media files used by Review 360.
    • Republish the course and upload a fresh version to Review 360.
    • Verify that the issue occurs for multiple reviewers and not just a specific user.
    • Check whether the missing audio is limited to specific slides or all TTS audio.
    • If the course contains a large amount of media, allow extra time for assets to finish loading before playback.

    If the issue is intermittent, it may be worth capturing:

    • Browser version
    • Operating system
    • Exact slide(s) affected
    • Whether refreshing the page restores the audio

    If none of the above resolves the problem, I'd recommend opening a support case with Articulate and providing the Review 360 link so they can investigate whether there is an issue with how the TTS assets are being delivered.
