Sound data does not play sound

Hi,

 

I am currently uploading .wav files to a training. I have 36 in total which all work. Only 1 file does not play sound when uploaded to articulate and launched in preview. It will play sound when I test it individually or when played through an audio player. Does anyone have a fix for this?
