Specialised question setup
Hi, can anyone provide me any tips on how to create a question that requires x,y and z co-ordinates as the answer to be entered when each of x,y and z is within a range. For example:
The answer entered for x needs to be between 236 and 237 (ie. 236.1 or 236.2 or 236.3 or ... to 237)
Similarly for y and for z.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Hi Carole, a Numeric question will allow you to define a question that allows a number within a range. See the attached screen shot.
Sam's suggestion is best if you want a question slide for testing and/04 reporting purposes. If you are just asking a question, it might be easier to check the answer with your own trigger conditions. Triggers allow you to test whether a numeric variable is within a certain range.
